I have the best skins ever glossy case fit and love it. Slightly wider than the display, no bubbles and nice and smooth. After this debacle with the V2 Yootech TGSP, I'm now using a TPU film SP. I ordered my pixel last week and I'm shopping for screen protectors for it - it's too damn expensive not to get one just to be safe. However, I was looking at different screen protectors and I was wondering how you guys felt about tempered glass vs film screen protectors? Do you have any recommendations for either? I'm currently using the film and cant really complain. It fits edge to edge and the surface smoothes out and becomes less frictiony after a while. I do have a Nillkin H Pro 0.2mm TGSP on order so i'll try that and if I dont ill just throw on one of the spare films I have left over from the 3 pack.
I'm wondering because I used a cheap film screen protector on my Nexus 5 and I had it on for 3 years and it kept my screen safe and unscratched. Did you find it easy to apply, and does it seem reasonably resistant to fingerprints? same here. been a customer of theirs for years. I'm using one made by Choetech, which is doing okay but I wouldn't recommend it if anybody has a better one to offer -- in the two-pack I got, one was defective and the cut is very very narrow, covering only the exact width of the screen with no elbow room for less-than-perfect placement. Did the two overlap at all? What's going on in the picture? Is the screen protector surrounded by a giant air bubble because of the curved screen? IMO TGSP's are better but at the moment finding one that fits well without halo etc is a bit too hard. Can't go wrong with the film though. is it necessary to have a screen protector for app
